  3. Address from Ellen Terpening
    1. She explained where to find the BOD minutes on the MAPS website
    2. The voice of Mrs. Claus
  4. Address from Billie Howarth
    1. Billie gave update of the MAPS merchandise
    2. He explained with the help from Ted & Norm the Challenge Coin
  5. Address from Roger-IT Report
    1. 300 previous members
    2. 358 members now registered
    3. 112 not included in total because they have not registered on the new website
    4. Daily activity about 30 people a day
    5. About 3400 views on the Event page
    6. About 69,296 hits on the new website
    7. Update on how to donate to the operation of MAPS or the Benevolent Fund
  6. Michael Howe gave the press update
  7. Randyl Lee gave update on the WRAP-UP dinner
  8. Ellen Terpening gave update on the growth of Mrs. Clauses
    1. Ted Flynn stated the focus of Mrs. Claus has grown tremendously and thanked Ellen Terpening for all her hard work
  9. Ted thanked all the members for donations
  10. Michael Beurer thanked members and gave update on his class travels promoting MAPS
  11. Michael Howe updated members of the tree planted in” Lunch Time” Larry’s memory
  12. Alec asked how we notify MAPS when a member dies-Discussion followed
  13. Nate & Ben from Ohio thanked MAPS for RSC event
  14. Address from Roger-How to update your private information on your profile
  15. Jerry stated that the MAPS monthly online fellowship is a great resource
  16. Roger gave update of the Santa invasion at the Renaissance Festival
  17. Many members said this RSC was great and thanked the BOD for all their hard work

 

Michael Beurer moved to adjourn

Roger seconded the motion
