The July 31 balance on our checking account is $7571.72. There is an outstanding check of $498.20 and there will be outstanding checks from expenses for the Red Suit Conclave that will have to clear before we transfer the balance to the 501C checking account. We are in the process of ordering checks for the new account and Roger will have to make the necessary changes on the web site so any transaction is properly documented.
I am looking for anyone in our organization who deals with a non-profit organization or is a CPA so that I can make sure that I have all the proper documentation.

As of April 4, 2024, the Michigan Association of Professional Santas is now a 501c(3) no longer an LLC. With the changes to the group, the bylaws have been changed to account for the change in status
