The Academy combines expert-led instruction with hands-on experience, featuring industry-leading instructors. Past presenters have included Lee Andrews, Jeff McMullen, The Kringle Brothers, and Missy Boggs. The curriculum focuses on advanced Christmas performance techniques, professional development, and creating exceptional holiday experiences. This three-day intensive program includes specialized workshops, networking opportunities, and a graduation ceremony.
